Payments will be made automatically by escrow company as per the amount of loan, at the time of financing.
We charge upfront processing fees ($10,000) at the time of agreement, in 2 installment.
Proposals to each client
is adjusted to reflect additional Management Services that would be
provided during the term of the agreement.
